About Jullanar
Dr. Jullanar Maalik is an educational leadership consultant and speaker. Her career has been focused on strategic partnerships, adaptive leadership development, and change management, leveraging trauma-informed leadership thinking.
As a result of years in secondary education and non-profit executive leadership, she has seen firsthand the toll that justice-centered heart work can have on once-aspirational leaders. They are quietly suffering their own mental health crisis and the accompanying diminished affective decision-making and health.
